Literature Text

The house swims with dust
And the sun sighs warmth
Through the shattered window panes
Things are broken
They are crushed
Everywhere
But there are toys
And decrepit teddy bears
With desperate smiles on their face
Spirits linger here
But they do not haunt
They chuckle into the empy rooms
And fill you with memories
And nostalgia for a place
That doesn't exist

If you listen to this while reading, I think you'll fully and completely understand where this poem came from.

Plus let's have a hand for Sherri who ORDERED me to start writing. This one's for you, Love!

Ahhhh... Sheer beauty; so haunting, and yet elegant. That's all I can say! :)
