It seems as though I only write in my "journal" when things are going really shitty for me. A way for me to complain. On the most part, you guys don't really pay attention to this shit, but I feel as though I should stop being a sack of rainclouds at least once a years. So I'm going to name all the good things that happened to today, and good things in the foreseeable future.
Today
-I pet-sitted dogs.
-The Dachshund, Charlie was so attached to me, he would wait outside of the bathroom until I was done and would shove himself in front of Jaida the Rottweiler every time I tried to pet her.
-Steak for dinner
-Huge steak
-Fucking huge
-My dad and me did a puzzle
-I got a soda
-I marathoned the entirety of Orange is the New Black
-I had free range of Kelsi's tequila. (It tastes horrible but made me warm and tingly.)
Future
-In July, we're going to see Harry Potter World in Universal Orlando Studios
-I did all the extra credit shit for my math class
-My English project will be easily do-able tomorrow because my chores have been finished for me

Journal Challenge
Day #4 "Via negativia; today, pick a habit that you’d like to eliminate from your life. Bad habits are like armpits, we all have ‘em and they all stink. Whether cutting soda out of your life, or putting a stop to your porn addiction; either way, as with yesterday, think about the steps you’ll take in order to put the kibosh on that negative habit. And again, also think about how you’ll keep yourself accountable to that goal."
You will never stop me from watching good porn, so be quiet about that. But I definitely plan on cutting out my procrastinating this upcoming term. It shouldn't be too difficult considering my fr

Day #3 "Decide on one positive habit you’d like to implement in your life. Whether seemingly mundane (like flossing) or perhaps life-altering (exercising every day), think of something you’d like to add to your life that will be beneficial. Then, think about the steps you’ll take to get there, and how you’ll keep yourself accountable."
Besides, doing these journal entries whenever possible, I'd like to implement a regular dose of studying science into my daily routine. It could definitely change my grades and outlook. I'm going to set a specific time in which I study for an hour or two.
Journal Challenge
Day #2 "Continuing to work within that idea of constraints, try to write a 6-word memoir of your life so far. This idea is rumored to have originated from Papa Hemingway. The benefit is that with only six words, you really have to filter your life to what you deem most important. It may take you many iterations, but you’ll end up with something that speaks largely to who you are, if not in toto, then at least in this moment in time."
Putting individuality above all; even comfort.
30 Day Writing Challenge
Day 1
"Start with answering the question of why you want to journal, and beyond that, why you decided to embark on this 31-day experience. Write out what you’d like to get from journaling"
I want to begin journaling my thoughts and experiences because I have written close to nothing in months. And what has been written has been of really poor quality. I need to start writing again and even if it's something as trivial and silly as a journal entry, I need my subconscious to start getting into the swing of making words. Getting out of this mental fog is my goal.
